VIkI Gabor Is the new wInner of the JunIor EurovIsIon Song Contest!

Polish national broadcaster TVP and the EBU (European Broadcasting Union) organised this years Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Gliwice-Silesia, Poland. 

After a week full of rehearsals, the final day has arrived. All 19 contestants took to the stage in the biggest music show in the world – and they all impressed millions of viewers with their talent.

But in the end, there was only one winner: Viki Gabor from Poland. She won the competition in home ground with her song « Superhero ». She gained a total of 278 points! 

50% of the votes came from the juries, the other 50% was decided by an online voting! Viewers from all across the world were able to vote since Friday evening.

The jury winner Kazakhstan came 2nd overall while the televote winner Poland decided the outcome!

It is not sure if Poland will host next years competition as the country who won the competition doesn’t get the right to host next years show automatically.
