DIma BIlan Is thInkIng about a possIble EurovIsIon return
Recently, the Russian super star took part at a talk show called “Alena, blin” where he talked about the Eurovision Song Contest.
According to Mr. Bilan, the victory is “a combination of many factors and luck”. He went on to say that he would like to have a national selection for selecting the Russian entrant for Eurovision. If this will be the case he would be interested to return to the competition.
Russia chose its entrant through an internal selection in the recent years and it is expected that this will be the case for their 2020 entry as well.
Sergey Lazarev represented Russia at this years competition with “Scream”, finishing third overall. He previously represented Russia in 2016 with “You Are The Only One” where he finished third as well.
