Second rehearsal review: Latvia, Switzerland Denmark

The third day of the second rehearsals are here! Let’s take a look what changes the delegations made to their performances.

Samanta Tina takes her crown with her during her second rehearsal at Eurovision 2021

The first country to rehearse after the lunch break was Latvia. No majour differences here compared to the first rehearsal. Samanta’s vocals were better this time and she was feeling it today. The camera shots got improved, they added a few more lights on her and the augmented reality effect has changed a bit. This song screams for pyros, but we did not get any. Overall a good performance but I’m not sure if this will be impactful enough to make it through.

Gjon’s Tears delivers art on stage during his second rehearsal at Eurovision 2021

Switzerland was next to rehearse. The squares on stage move earlier now and not on the last high note. They changed a few camera angels. Otherwise it was pretty much the same from the first rehearsal. Vocally he sounds amazing. This will do very well but I’m not sure if it’s going to win. Some dance moves seem a little bit awkward and distracting to me.

Denmark brings the 80’s vibe back during their second rehearsal for Eurovision 2021

The last country to have its second rehearsal today was Denmark. No majour changes compared to the first rehearsal. He sounded way better today vocally and their energy was on point once again. In the bridge they changed the color of their LED content. Other than that it was pretty much the same as in the first rehearsal. A guilty pleasure for me, I think the televote will love this.
