Options and Price list:
Key Service. We keep the rental key for your
apartment. The keys will be given to your guests upon arrival by our transfer
personnel.
They will also let your guests in and show them necessary details
in the apartment.
And when the guests leave, the personell will take the key back and
check that the apartment is left in the required condition.
The key service works only in combination with our transfer service. When the
guests choose another transfer from/to the airport,
there will be an extra charge for key delivery.
Price per year: 140 Ytl
Everytime the guests choose not to use our
transfer, we have to send out personell to deliver or pick up the key / check
the apartment.
Price per extra key delivery/pick-up
: 40 Ytl
Transfer 1-8 persons.
Price: 140 Ytl
Larger group, ask for price.
Payments for transfer must be given directly to the driver.

Finders Fee: ESC does not give a rental guarantee.
We are a service institution for owners who are renting out themselves.
However, through our wide network in Turkey and Europe, we do get
requests for apartments.
We will contact owners with available apartments, when we can bring a
customer.

Other service |
Your guests might need extra help and special service while they are here. The
Key Service covers only for arrival and departure. This will be charged by hours.
