Our basic service package contains:
Looking after your apartment monthly control, the apartment will be aired,
toilets flushed,
we check water and electricity and also if the air condition works as it
should.
Check the entire apartment for problems caused during the construction or
after.
Check the apartment before arrival (start electricity/water).
Change the lock - optional. If you feel more comfortable with a new lock, this
will be done when we start the Homeservice.
Price per year: 242 Ytl
Payment service (electricity, gas, water, telephone,
internet connection, taxes) control the bills and give information to the
owner (1000 Ytl must be placed in a deposit account with us,
statements will be sent by e-mail).
Price per year: 151 Ytl
Package price: 360 Ytl
Arrange transport from/to the airport we will book it,
give instructions payment must be done directly to the taxi driver.
Cleaning of the property. Separate pricelist.
All kind of repairs/improvements the work will be done by professional
Turkish workers,
supervised and controlled by a Dutch handyman.
Registration at the hospital. All members will be picked up by an ambulance,
no matter what the problem is.
The hospital has Norwegian, Dutch, English interpreters and they take the
payment directly from your insurance company.
Help to make Iskan, Ikamet and other paperwork we wish to have files with
photos and necessary
copies, also a mandate through the Turkish notarius publicus so we might help
with all wanted missions on behalf
of our customer.
Help to make insurance, Turkish drivers license (if you are staying here
longer than 3 months),
and all other kinds of legal documents.
Installation of TV-receiver, telephone, dial-up line for computers, adsl,
PC-assistance and more.
For handicapped people from European Beauty, we can send home to you:
hairdresser, skin therapist, masseur/
manicurist, pedicurist and more.
